What is your typical turnaround time for custom printed shirts?

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the approval of your design proof. For larger orders or during peak seasons, it may take slightly longer. We also offer rush services for an additional fee if you need your order sooner. Please contact us directly for rush order availability.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary based on the printing method:

  • Screen Printing: 12 items minimum per design
  • Digital Printing: No minimum (perfect for small orders)
  • Embroidery: 6 items minimum per design

For orders below our minimums, we may recommend digital printing or apply a small order fee. Contact us for specific details based on your project needs.

Do you offer design services?

Yes! We offer professional design services to help bring your ideas to life. Our in-house designers can create custom artwork, refine your existing designs, or help with layout and typography. Design services start at $25/hour, with most simple designs taking 1-2 hours to complete. We provide digital proofs for your approval before printing begins.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

For the best print quality, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for logos and text-based designs. For photographic or complex images, we accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, or TIFF files (minimum 300 dpi at actual print size). If you're unsure about your artwork, please contact us and our design team will be happy to review your files.

Do you offer samples before placing a large order?

Yes, we offer sample printing services for customers who want to see the quality of our work before committing to a larger order. Sample fees vary based on the printing method and quantity, but they're typically credited toward your full order when placed.
